We’ve been hearing about it for months now, but it is finally time for us to get a chance to see the start of the America’s Got Talent Season 8 auditions as America’s Got Talent 2013 premiere kicks off tonight on NBC. We have Howard Stern and Howie Mandel back in their chairs at the judges’ table, but replacing Sharon Osbourne on AGT 2013 are both supermodel Heidi Klum and Spice Girl Mel B. Watch the AGT Season 8 premiere with us during our America’s Got Talent 2013 Live Recap tonight!

America's Got Talent

Besides the new judges on AGT 2013, we can expect some other changes for Season 8. The big one: the live shows will be broadcast from Radio City Music Hall in New York City and not from Las Vegas like seasons past! That is a big one, but probably because of the busy personal schedules of all four of the judges.

All of the hopeful acts will bring their talents to the auditions in hopes of moving on to the next round and getting one step closer to that $1 million prize! It should be a high-energy premiere and lots of talk about the new judges, so prepare yourself! Watch it with us in our Live Recap starting soon!

WARNING: AMERICA’S GOT TALENT 2013 SPOILERS AHEAD!

Don’t want to know what happened on AGT 2013 Live Recap or see the videos of the auditions on America’s Got Talent Season 8? Then don’t read ahead!

We start out with the video of Nick Cannon singing “Living In America” and trying to be James Brown. You ready for Season 8? We talk with the new judges and the old judges and the host and why they are so excited for the new season. What is your talent?

They are in San Antonio tonight and the contestants will need three yes votes to move on! The first person up is David Weathers, who started working with venomous snakes when he was ten years old! He has been bit three times and almost died each time. Then why continue to do it?!? Howard Stern said if Heidi gets bit by the snake then he will suck the venom out of her himself! David will blow up a balloon and brings out the rattlesnake to pop it. It is some intense stuff and it works, but is that talent? The judges think so and can’t wait to see what he does next, so they all say yes!

The next audition is from Marty Brown, who is country as you get! If the judges don’t like him he jokes about blaming his wife! He sings a song written by Bob Dylan, which is a song he sings to his wife in the kitchen all the time. He comes out looking like a joke, but sings like a country star. Good job Marty! His wife joins him on the stage and she tricked him into coming today. Howie said they taught them not to judge a book by it’s cover and he thinks he is amazing. Four yes votes and he is going to Las Vegas!

The judges jump to New York City now and first up is Miu, who questions if she is from Japan. She is wearing big flowers on her shoulders and a spiked bra, but she doesn’t even know what she is doing tonight on America’s Got Talent 2013! She dances and is inspired by Lady Gaga, but it is a hot mess and all the judges hit their button besides Howie Mandel, so we have to continue to watch it. She is going home!

Now a guy who rips off his shirt and contracts all his muscles and makes noises: it’s a no from the judges! An alien yodels: NO! Avant garde noise music?: NO!

The next act up is Catapult Entertainment, who dance and use illusions and magic during their act. They head behind the big screen and the lights go out and they make all the illusions on the screen. While it was entertaining, haven’t we seen this before on America’s Got Talent Season 6 with The Silhouettes? The judges love them and Howard bows to them. They loved it and they move on to Vegas! Do you think they deserved it?

The next group takes the stage and they came up with their routine the night before, but they flew in from Hawaii and tell the judges they won’t be disappointed. Their name is Hype and they don’t disappoint. They are dressed funky and put on a great routine. They are entertaining and fun to watch and this was all in one night! Howie said it was phenomenal and imagine if they had two days to work on it! They are loved and get four yes votes and are going to Vegas!

An arial strap act with a sexy body: YES! A comedian who does not tell jokes, but he danced a funny routine behind a screen: YES! Kid dancing and doing tricks with his hat: YES!

Chuck from the Bronx is next and it apparently is very dangerous: three food challenges, which are eating three raw eggs, doing a tequila shot and squeezing lime in eyes and then sitting in a bathtub of ice and eating the hottest pepper in the world available! This is beyond stupid and how is this talent? Apparently not, as the judges send him home. Howie believed in him and even took a bite of the pepper!

Time to look at the kids, as 13-year-old Alex B. sings, but not the greatest and the judges send him home. Next is Anna Christine, she is ten years old and her Mom is her biggest fan. She sings and plays the piano and shocks me. How can you have that kind of voice and be only ten years old??? Howard said they are looking in New York for a superstar and they may have just found one! Anna Christine is headed to Vegas!

3Penny Chorus and Orchestra is made up of all volunteers and they come out and Howard Stern wants to hit his buzzer already because this isn’t his style of music. They perform “Call Me Maybe” by Carly Rae Jepsen and it is so entertaining! It is fun and different and perfect for the show! Howard gives a standing ovation and the judges loved it, so they are going to Vegas!

We are now in Los Angeles on America’s Got Talent Season 8, so we should find some talent, right? It starts with an all-boy chorus, that gave Howard chills and they are headed to Vegas.

Special Head is a little crazy and needs to get into a meditative state, so he hopes the buzzers don’t ruin his state. He comes out with a big rug and a big walking stick, but he seems crazy! Howard hits the button and was annoyed by him, but then the guy starts levitating in the air! How the hell did he do that???? He is headed to Vegas!

The next lady is a stay-at-home, comedian and impressionist. Angela Hoover was starting a career in comedy, but then her husband moved them to Vegas and she forgot about her career. Now she is back trying it again and she is hilarious. I liked her and the crowd loved her, so she is going back to Vegas on AGT 2013!

Now a chance for Howard Stern to make fun of the Spice Girls, as he compares some bad acts to them! It was funny to watch!

The last audition of the night on America’s Got Talent 2013 is Tone the Chiefrocca and he wants to be a one-hit wonder! He wrote this song ten years ago, but has let it sit and get better over time. He comes out with lots of energy and I am liking him. The name of his song is “Booty”. He gets the judges up and dancing, but the song is not good at all. He is entertaining though, so he may get through on that fact! The judges love him and he is going to Vegas!
