America’s Got Talent 2013: Howard Stern Returning To America’s Got Talent Season 8
It may not have Sharon Osbourne, but America’s Got Talent 2013 has one judge in place when NBC announced today that Howard Stern will return as a judge for America’s Got Talent Season 8. Both Howard Stern and NBC announced that he would return to the judges table for another season on AGT 2013. There have been rumors flying around concerning AGT Season 8, but one thing is now confirmed for the hit talent competition for NBC.
With the departure of Sharon Osbourne on America’s Got Talent 2013, there has been mention of Carmen Electra as a possible judge next season. Shannon Doherty and LeAnn Rimes have also been mentioned, but news was that Howard Stern, Howie Mandel and Nick Cannon would all return for America’s Got Talent Season 8. Nick confirmed last week he would return as host and now NBC confirmed that Howard Stern would be back as well.
Paul Telegdy, President of Alternative and Late-Night Programming at NBC, released a statement: ”Howard Stern’s towering presence and opinions on last season’s show as a new judge made a dramatic impact and added a sharper edge to the fascinating developments on stage.” But who will be joining him at the America’s Got Talent judges table?
If Simon Cowell, executive producer, has anything to do with it it will be Carmen, his supposed girlfriend now. I don’t know what she would bring to the show, but I am happy to hear about Howard coming back. I think he is good and did bring something to the show and did help a little with ratings. Do you like the return of Howard Stern on America’s Got Talent 2013?
Auditions for AGT Season 8 start in the next few weeks in cities all across the country, so expect more news on AGT 2013 to come soon enough!
