American Idol 2014 Spoilers: Top 11 Performance Theme

We have already seen plenty of singers eliminated on American Idol 2014, but from the finalists there have been two singers sent home already, which means we now have the Top 11 on American Idol Season 13 competing this week for your votes. For the Top 11 performance theme, we are going back to one that would have been familiar with the old themes, but this one can still produce some current and cool songs! Like I have stated, the new producers on American Idol 2014 have made many changes along the way, but making the themes more hip and current has been something they have focused on. Instead of these contestants taking on songs from Motown or songs from Burt Bacharach, the contestants have been able to pick from a wider variety of song choices with themes of “Home” and “This Is Me” weeks!

This has allowed the contestants on American Idol Season 13 to be able to take on songs that are currently on the radio today and not in the 1950s! This week they will be taking on songs from the cinema! Yeah, this is something they have done in the past on American Idol, but it can cover a lot of territory and bring out some great performances, so why not keep it around?
