On American Idol 2012 tonight, the top 7 will hit the stage again for a second round. Since the judges used their save to keep Jessica Sanchez from going home last week, there will be no second chance for whoever ends up on the bottom in the American Idol elimination results this time.

This week on American Idol 2012, the contestants will be singing songs in the theme of “Now and Then.” Each remaining competitor will sing a ‘now’ song (modern) and a ‘then’ song (classic).
