Well, the rumors have been flying around for a couple days now and judge Demi Lovato finally confirmed them last night after Night 1 of The X Factor USA 2013 finale: she will be leaving The X Factor USA Season 3 after the winner of The X Factor 2013 is announced tonight! This is no big shocker and I guess normal for the judges to quit the night before the finale, as L.A. Reid did last season! Check out the details below in our The X Factor USA 2013 spoilers!

The X Factor USA 2013 Spoilers - Judges

In an interview with reporters last night, Demi Lovato said:


“I started the show being a singer and a musician, and so I’m going to go back to that. It’s been really great, but I’m so excited for 2014. I’m going to dedicate it completely and entirely to music – touring and making a new album. Possibly releasing one.”

As you all know, she will be going on her own headlining tour in 2014 with Cher Lloyd, Little Mix and The X Factor’s own Fifth Harmony opening for her. I guess it is time for her to focus on the music and not the judging and demands that come with that during the audition rounds.

To be honest, I am not upset about this one. I actually loved Demi as a judge on The X Factor USA last season. All the hype went to Britney Spears being a judge, but she was a major disappointment. I loved the spunk with Demi and her banter with Simon Cowell. They brought her back and I think it went to her head, as she was annoying this season and just not the same.
