The Apprentice 2015 Recap: Live Finale – The Winner Is…

We will see Donald Trump announce the winner of The Apprentice 2015 tonight on NBC, as Leeza Gibbons and Geraldo Rivera put the finishing touches on their final task! The pressure is on and it should be a dramatic finish, especially with Geraldo still in the competition on The Celebrity Apprentice 2015! Last week on The Celebrity Apprentice 2015, it was time for Trump to determine the final two celebrities this season and after they each pleaded their case, he picked Geraldo and Leeza to duke it out in the final task! They got some “help” from eliminated contestants and were put to the task of creating a commercial for Universal Orlando Resort and raising money by selling resort packages. The shooting of the commercials was just getting started when we ended last week, so the drama has only begun!

Here we go…

FINAL TASK – We go back and the finalists are shooting their commercials. Leeza is putting trust in Kevin Jonas and Geraldo is micromanaging everyone! They both edit their videos and they are both looking good. Whose do you like better right now?

PRESENTATIONS: Geraldo is up first and his commercial is pretty good and it is going well. He has Tony Orlando perform and shares a special story about his charity. For Leeza’s commercial, it seems to be a lot better than Geraldo’s! I am liking it more and then her speech brought a tear to my eye! She has Olivia Newton John there to perform.

FINAL BOARDROOM: This is going to be a long one! The executives enjoyed the concept of Geraldo’s commercial, but did not like that the parents and children seemed to have different experiences. For the fundraising part of the task, we had Geraldo with $146,000 raised and Leeza raised $324,000! WHAT?!?!? Geraldo was beaten in fundraising???

We all know Trump and he likes to waste time! We are just looking at clips from the season and all the cat fights! He is asking the eliminated celebrities who should win and Leeza is getting a lot of love right now!

A tribute to Joan Rivers and I am a mess!

FINALE RESULTS: After dragging it out all night long, we finally get to find out Trump’s decision!!! The winner of The Celebrity Apprentice 2015 is Leeza Gibbons!!! She won the last task and won the season!!!
