No pressure or anything, but the Top 6 on So You Think You Can Dance 2014 will find out which four dancers will be performing in the SYTYCD 2014 finale next week! How crazy that the winner of So You Think You Can Dance Season 11 will be crowned in two short weeks??? It has been a season of some amazing performances and routines, but it all comes to an end shortly. So You Think You Can Dance 2014 Spoilers - Top 6 Performances

Last week on So You Think You Can Dance Season 11, the Top 8 took to the stage and performed all new routines with their All Star partners. Not to be disappointed, we also had a chance to see all eight dancers perform solo routines throughout the two hour show. It was nice to see the dancers take on short routines where all the attention was on them. The bottom two guys and bottom two girls were announced throughout the night. In the end, it was Rudy Abreu and Tanisha Belnap that were sent home and tears were shed!

Here we go…another great performance to start the night, as the Top 6 take the stage to a Nick DeMoura routine. It is awesome, but we have a big night ahead of us, as the dancers will be dancing with an All Star partner, dancing with another Top 6 dancer and a solo! Now to the performances!

Valerie and Ricky

They will be dancing a Broadway routine. They said this performance should ooze technicolor dreams and charm. I have always liked these two together and glad to see them back together. They have good chemistry and have fun together. They were bouncing around on that dance floor and using that swing as a good prop.

Jessica and Casey

They will be dancing a disco routine. They said it is sexy and fun, but very technical. She said she needs to forget her fear of falling and just go with it every time. Jessica was great with this one and she was working it out. Casey is a good technical dancer, but he is too stuff. He needs to let go and have fun and he can’t do the grinding parts, which he sucked at last week too!

Jacque and Zack

They will be dancing a Fox trot. They are struggling with the technique during the rehearsal and they are not to look at each other when dancing so close. They do have some good chemistry and I liked this routine. It was old school and they did well together and boy, can Zack jump high!

Valerie and tWitch

They will be dancing a hip hop routine. This routine is about a couple that just got married and this is their first dance together, but not like a normal wedding dance! I am in love with Valerie more and more every week and she should be the female winner! She is so good and she is a tapper! She worked it out and had some moves in there and I loved it….great routine!

Jacque and Will

They will be dancing a contemporary routine. Not only are they dancing together, but they are using a ball as a prop and it is not working well with them. The ball was actually amazingly cool and they did so well with it. They had good chemistry and some good tricks. They had a stumble and she almost went down hard, but he caught her and fixed it on SYTYCD 2014!

Jessica and Ade

They will be dancing a Jazz routine. They are a couple and going to the club and trying to show them all what they got. Jessica has never been to the club, so this is new to her! I think the colors and the lights and music were bi and over-the-top, but their dance moves weren’t. I wouldn’t have paid attention to them in the club. How about you?

Ricky and Anya

They will be dancing a Cha Cha. They said Ricky is Cuban, so he needs to shine with this Cha Cha. He needs to play the sexy man. he said Anya is a lot of woman and he needs to match her level. They definitely had the steam going strong on SYTYCD 2014 tonight. I think Ricky fit into the role very well and we all know this is where Anya shines, so he held his own with her.

Casey and Makenzie

They will be doing a contemporary routine. They are a couple that found out this might be the last day they have together. It is a very technical dance, but they need to lock eyes and feel the emotion of the story. This is his style of dance and where he shines. This is a great routine and they did so well together.

Zack and Fik-Shun

They will be doing a hop hop routine. Zack said it is hard because they are not doing moves, but making shapes with their bodies. Fik-Shun said it is like a big game of Twister! This was another beyond awesome routine! Both the tappers nailed their hip hop routines with the All Stars. This was so good and so in sync and had such cool tricks their…loved it!

Now time to the results on So You Think You Can Dance 2014! The four dancers moving on to the performance finale next week are:

  • Ricky Ubeda
  • Valerie Rockey
  • Zack Everhart
