The dancers will try their best tonight on SYTYCD 2014 to get that ticket to the callbacks on So You Think You Can Dance 2014, but not all of them will be successful! So You Think You Can Dance 2014 Auditions - Week 4 5

Last week on So You Think You Can Dance Season 11, the judges had one more day of auditions in Los Angeles to get through and then they headed to Philadelphia to see what they had to offer. I don’t know if the talent wasn’t that strong or what, but they zoomed through the auditions in Philly and both days were condensed into one hour! One of the standouts had to be Jourdan Epsteinwho had a great story to go along with some great dance skills. We all love a good, emotional story and the judges ate it up and sent her to the next round! Many dancers are moving on, but I am ready to see them perform in the callbacks when it really matters!

Here we go…we have Day 1 in Atlanta and Mary Murphy and Nigel Lythgoe are joined by Lil Buck as the guest judge. Let’s do this!

Mariah Reives – She started dancing when she was three years old and is a jazz dancer. She is a great dancer and has some great lines and throws some tricks in there. I like her personality and I definitely want to see more from her! Nigel gives her a standing ovation! She is headed to the next round!

Erik “Silky” Moore – He has auditioned for Season 5 and Season 6, but as a tapper. He is back and a hip-hop dancer. He has been analyzing the dancers and what the judges have been looking for. Will the third time be the charm? He has a great personality and is funny and gets started, but does some crazy scream and Nigel stops him. He is actually a very good dancer, once Nigel actually lets him dance! He gets a ticket to callbacks!

Kelly MacCoy – Her parents have been singers and performers her whole life, so they are hams and born to do this. She feels confident with this audition. I honestly thought I was not going to like her, but she worked it out on that stage and did some amazing tricks! She is moving on to the next round on So You Think You Can Dance 2014!

Christopher “Mr. Strange” Griffin – He is a member of Dragon House, which auditioned during Season 9 and we saw Cyrus make it to the Top 20! Mr. Strange is back representing his crew and hoping to make it on the show. He may be one of the original members and founder of the crew, but he is not that great. Good dancer, but he is slow and I have seen better! The judges did not agree with me and send him to the next round!

Conrad Dechabert – He auditioned last season, but was told he was too feminine when he danced. He comes back with less makeup and more tattoos and is hoping to show his more manly side. The dance is alright, but I am not that impressed and he didn’t seem to do much! He gets a ticket to the next round!

Taveous “Dynamic” Woods – He drops some names to get on that stage, as his friend Fik-Shun (winner of Season 10), is the one who inspired him to dance. He is very entertaining and does some funky moves up there, but I am thinking the judges will send him to the choreography round. I was right, as they send him to the choreography round!

Brandon “Sideshow” Feimster – He is part of the Dragon House crew and he likes to be the fun guy with the smile on his face. He said he does true pop-locking. He throws some attitude and cuts off Nigel and said he just wants to dance. He then dances and is all smiling and it is awkward. He throws some major attitude and the judges send him home and Dragon House apologizes for him!

CHOREOGRAPHY ROUND – They trained for an house and it was time to perform. Dynamic fell apart and did not make it through, but we saw 12 dancers make it through during Day 1 in Atlanta! For Day 2, we have Jenna Dewan Tatum joining the judges today!

Ricky Ubeda – He has been watching the show since Season 1 and now he is 18 years old and can audition and here he is. He dedicates this dance to his mother. He is a great dancer and cute and his personality was likable. He could do very well on this show! They send him to the next round!

Marissa Milele – She made it to the Green Mile and calls herself the Princess Warrior. Cat Deeley said she always has some power moves. She does some major flips and turns and the routine is nice, but can she partner and make this work? She is definitely a beast! She gets that ticket to the next round!

Elaine Kimble – Her mother got her into dancing when she was 6 years old. Her mother was a singer/dancer/performer and when she was 43 years old, she had a stroke and it paralyzed part of her body and left her mentally challenged. She had a hole in her heart, which led to the stroke and Elaine got checked out and she has the same hole! She is a very good dancer, but I wanted to see more emotion come out of her. She gets sent to choreography round!

Brandon “Crazy Legz” Jacobs – He is part of the Atlanta Cranking team and they are trying to take over SYTYCD Season 11! It is cool and he is fun and entertaining and has a big ol’ smile! The judges send him to the choreography round to see what else he can do!

Angelina Granitz – She hits that stage and looks beyond nervous on So You Think You Can Dance 2014. She has been dancing since she was 3 years old. She has always looked up to her older brother, who is a dancer, and that is why she started dancing. She may be shy when talking, but that goes away when she dances and she makes it to the next round!

We are back with Justin Bieber and Nick DeMoura and time to meet the final two dance crews on SYTYCD 2014. Tonight with have Jungle Boogie (vote for them on Twitter by tweeting #SYTYCDboogie) and Control Freakz (vote for them on Twitter by tweeting #SYTYCDfreakz). Remember, the favorite crew will perform live on the SYTYCD 2014 finale!

Cristina Moya-Palacios – She is 18 years old. Her brother has had heart and chest problems all his life and has had over 20 surgeries, so she grew up in the hospital. Her Mom put her in dance classes to get her out of the hospital. It worked out, as she had an amazing routine tonight on SYTYCD 2014! She moves on to the next round!

Jerrod Swain – I think he may be high right now! He does animation popping and some ATL cranking and wants to get on the Hot Tamale train and is liking Mary Murphy! He is the last dancer of the So You Think You Can Dance 2014 auditions. He brings up his son and he is absolutely adorable and has some moves for a four-year-old! Jerrod is entertaining and is having fun, but I can’t see him doing well with choreography. He will get to prove me wrong, as the judges send him to the choreography round.

CHOREOGRAPHY ROUND: They had an hour of learning the moves and now time to perform for the judges. It is the end of the road for Jerrod and Crazy Legz, but Elaine Kimble and nine other dancers moved on after Day 2 in Atlanta!

The auditions on SYTYCD 2014 are done and now 157 dancers will head to Los Angeles for the callbacks! Who was your favorite tonight?
