Last week on Dancing with the Stars Season 20, the couples took on different eras with their routines. From there, the couple with the highest score for the night would win immunity and be safe from elimination (it was Nastia and her fill-in for DerekSasha that won immunity). The remaining couples took part in a dance-off to earn a couple more points from the judges. Noah and Sharna amaze me every week with their performance and last week was no different, as Noah was showing some 70s vibes! In the end, it was a shocker, as Willow and Mark were eliminated!

Here we go…two performances tonight, so a busy night and we get right into the performances!

Team: Noah and Sharna
Dance: Tango

I always love watching these two, as I find it to be amazing how Sharna does the choreography every week for them. She had Noah moving along this week and he kept up great. This was a great routine and I just love them.

8.0 – Bruno said the white, valiant knight and he managed to maintain the frame.
8.0 – Julianne said everything was so good and good job America.
7.0 – Len said the performance was good, but he did want more intensity between the two of them.
8.0 – Carrie Ann said it was very innovative and very elegant, but it was a bit blocky.
Score: 31/40

Team: Chris and Witney
Dance: Contemporary

Contemporary is a dance that allows for more flexibility and maybe not as hard as a ballroom piece. This had so many tricks and Witney nailed them all with the help of Chris. I am impressed and they had a very good routine.

8.0 – Bruno said he likes this different shade of Chris and he has done great improvements.
9.0 – Julianne said he wins the award for Most Improved and she is so impressed.
8.0 – Len said he came out tonight and performed it great and well done.
9.0 – Carrie Ann said by far, his best dance. It was simple and he was fluid and the lifts were outstanding.
Score: 34/40

Team: Riker and Allison
Dance: Viennese Waltz

This one was amazing and gave me goosebumps! I love these two and they nailed everything about it. They had the connection and their timing was on fire, literally. This was beyond amazing.

10.0 – Bruno said what intensity and such control of execution.
10.0 – Julianne said she is so blown away this week. There was something super controlled and grounded and he showed vulnerability and that was his best dance.
9.0 – Len said it was big, bold and full on, but they kept clarity.
10.0 – Carrie Ann said are they semifinal worthy? HELL YEAH!
Score: 39/40

Team: Robert and Kym
Dance: Contemporary

I don’t know how to describe this one, but I am so ready for Robert to go home and he should be and Willow should still be here. He is awkward and he just looked like he was always reaching for Kym and lost on his own and they had a lot of stumbles along the way.

8.0 – Bruno said it was like watching a deodorant commercial and it is a good thing.
9.0 – Julianne said they upped their game tonight and the way they danced tonight was magic.
8.0 – Len said he has a big fan in him and that was well done.
8.0 – Carrie Ann said they were really excited in this performance and well done.
Score: 33/40

Team: Nastia and Sasha
Dance: Paso Doble

This was so intense, as they seemed to be fighting for the approval of Derek on this one. I loved it and Nastia looked so good on this one. Sasha was amazing and I am liking these two together!

9.0 – Bruno said amazing performance, but she does lose flow when she goes into character.
9.0 – Julianne said she felt like they were out of sync in parts, but she was sassy and really got into character.
9.0 – Len said he loved the passion, full-on content, but he wanted more paso doble in there.
9.0 – Carrie Ann said they were bumping into each other, but they were pushing the boundaries.
Score: 36/40

Team: Rumer and Val
Dance: Rumba

Rumer was back tonight and this was a great routine. They had the sexy side of a rumba nailed. This was a very good routine and they worked well with each other and I loved it…very sensual.

10.0 – Bruno said pitch perfect, high class rumba. It was so stylish and elegant.
10.0 – Julianne said this was the Rumer and Val we met at the beginning of the season and they got back on track.
10.0 – Len said this was just a simple, beautiful and it was great and the reaction was great.
10.0 – Carrie Ann said that was incredible and it was about nothing more than a great partnership.
Score: 40/40 and the first perfect score of the season on Dancing with the Stars 2015!

Team: Noah and Sharna with Emma Slater
Dance: Salsa

Sharna said Salsa has a lot of arm and leg tricks, so having Emma around allows them to do them. This was fun to watch and there was a lot going on and you could tell Noah was having fun out there, so that is always cool to watch.

8.0 – Bruno said they really worked that out beautifully and he was such a good drummer.
8.0 – Julianne said hot, hot hot and she loved it.
8.0 – Len said trios are all about fun and entertainment and that is what they just did.
8.0 – Carrie Ann said he makes everything possible and exciting and fun.
Score: 32/40 and a total of 63/80 for the night

Team: Chris and Witney with Lindsey Arnold
Dance: Paso Doble

They had an amazing routine with Alfonso last season, so can they do it again this season? To be honest, they had some stumbles in there, but I was watching Chris the whole time, so that can be a good or bad thing.

8.0 – Bruno said he really works his butt off out there and he appreciates that, but he has to keep the line.
8.0 – Julianne said his intensity was there, but his butt was going in the wrong direction.
7.0 – Len said he was so caught up in remembering the steps that he forgot to bring out the flare.
7.0 – Carrie Ann said she felt that they overwhelmed him and he was off timing.
Score: 30/40 and a total of 64/80 for the night

Team: Riker and Allison with Brittany Cherry
Dance: Jazz

This is one of those trios that I was so excited to see tonight. I thought it would be over-the-top amazing and I was not wrong. This was full-on intensity and they all were great. Riker is such a good dancer and this was an awesome routine!

10.0 – Bruno said leading from the front and plenty of demand out there for that.
10.0 – Julianne said she loved the most that he was leading that routine.
9.0 – Len said it is happy hour on DWTS and everyone is happy.
10.0 – Carrie Ann said that was hot and they hammered that number.
Score: 39/40 and a total of 78/80 for the night

Team: Robert and Kym with Jenna Johnson
Dance: Samba

I just can’t with him. I really am done with him. We are in Week 8 and he looks so forced and stumbling all the time. I am annoyed and where is Willow???

7.0 – Bruno said the style was there, but the samba was a shamble.
8.0 – Julianne said it was a bit messy, but he looked sharp.
7.0 – Len said this was a little on the messy side.
7.0 – Carrie Ann said he handled those two women beautifully, but he kind of forgot his own steps.
Score: 29/40 and a 62/80 total for the night

Team: Nastia and Sasha with Derek Hough
Dance: Jive

I don’t know who the trio person is, but it is a love triangle tonight. Either way, this was an awesome performance and the choreography was great. I loved the story and it was so creative.

10.0 – Bruno said total genius from the first to the last frame.
10.0 – Julianne said that was the most creative trio she has ever seen and she should be proud of herself.
10.0 – Len said that was fantastic (and a standing ovation).
10.0 – Carrie Ann said she is baffled because it was beyond brilliant.
Score: 40/40 and a total of 76/80 for the night

Team: Rumer and Val with Artem Chigvintsev
Dance: Paso Doble

This one could be amazing, so bring it on! I loved the story on this one and they were all in sync with each other, so good job there. They did a great job and two good performances from Rumer tonight on DWTS 2015.

10.0 – Bruno said it really suits her going down the classic route.
10.0 – Julianne said gimmicks are outweighed by pure dancing and that is what they did tonight.
10.0 – Len said the pressure has been on and she was brilliant.
10.0 – Carrie Ann said she has been great from Day 1, but tonight she was superior.
Score: 40/40 and a total of 80/80 for the night!
