We have a lot happening tonight on Dancing with the Stars 2014, as Len Goodman returns, team dances return and it is Halloween Night on DWTS 2014 tonight! This should be a creepy night of dances, as the couples on Dancing with the Stars Season 19 team up for some fun group performances, which are always a hit! Watch with us during our Dancing with the Stars 2014 Recap and see who was voted off Dancing With The Stars 2014 tonight!

Last week on Dancing with the Stars Season 19, it was Latin Night and we had Pitbull sitting in at the judges’ table and also performing his hit song “Fireball” to kick off the show. This was a spicy night, but it ended with a thud as the results were read. How could Michael Waltrip and Emma Slater avoid elimination again???? Either way, the night did consist of some great routines, including Sadie and Mark bringing a safe and sexy Rumba performance! In the end, it was Jonathan Bennett and Allison Holker that were eliminated and only eight couples remain!

Now it is time for us to sit back and watch them and listen to the Dancing with the Stars judges 2014 give their feedback! Follow along with our recap below!

The following post contains videos from tonight’s performances on DWTS 2014 Week 7. Don’t want to see them yet or find out who got eliminated on Dancing with the Stars Season 19 tonight then don’t look ahead!!!

Here we go…it is Halloween Night and we start with the pros kicking off the night with a fun Halloween routine and meeting all the remaining stars! Len comes out of the coffin and it is time to get started on tonight’s routines!

Round 1 – Couple Performances

Team: Tommy and Peta
Dance: Quickstep

I am worried about this one, as a quickstep for the old guy??? Was it the quickest dance? No, but he had some moves in there and got his feet moving and he impressed me! It was slow at times, but I just love watching him perform.

7.0 – Bruno said the seasoned magician still has plenty of tricks up his sleeve.
7.0 – Julianne said he had a comeback for her last week and he did it again.
7.0 – Len said he is very easy on the eye and he is very watchable and there is a charm about him.
7.0 – Carrie Ann said she saw all the content they put in and it was one of their best routines, but she had to deduct for their mistakes.
Score: 28/40

Team: Lea and Artem
Dance: Argentine Tango

She had the moves and it was a good routine, but I wanted some more excitement and toughness out of her. Kick those legs with some anger and strength! I enjoyed, but wanted more.

9.0 – Bruno said efficient, accurate, well-placed and just the right touch of evil.
9.0 – Julianne said they really need to give themselves a break. She is so precise and she sticks it every time and don’t forget the fun of it.
8.0 – Len said it was very clean and very precise, but it lacked a little chemistry.
8.0 – No time for words from Carrie Ann tonight!
Score: 34/40

Team: Bethany and Derek
Dance: Paso Doble

This is the intensity that I wanted from Lea and Artem! This was so good and so intense and this was a winning performance. Derek is so good and Bethany held her own on this one and this was awesome!

10.0 – Bruno said absolutely fantastic.
10.0 – Julianne said it could be something that you could get lost in the production value, but they were not lost at all and they did the content.
9.0 – Len said it was a spectacular number and it had everything going on, but the dance got lost in the whole production for him.
10.0 – Carrie Ann said that Bethany is fascinating and so intense and every movement perfect.
Score: 39/40

Team: Antonio and Cheryl
Dance: Viennese Waltz

He often doesn’t move during his routines and just lets Cheryl do all the moves around him. He did move a little more tonight, but he is just awkward during his dancing. he is big and beefy and it looks awkward to me.

7.0 – No time for Bruno on this one!
7.0 – Julianne said she wanted to see more and when we did, there were things that went wrong.
7.0 – Len said it was a bit hectic at times. It was okay, but it was not what he was hoping that could save him.
6.0 – Carrie Ann said she doesn’t think the spell works. She is seeing growth in certain areas, but it makes her uncomfortable to watch.
Score: 27/40

Team: Michael and Emma
Dance: Jive

How is Michael still in the competition? I just can’t take it! I watch and watch and he never improves. He is flat-footed and seems to put no effort into the dance and I am just ready for him to be done on DWTS 2014! Anyone else?

5.0 – Bruno said there was no jive and he broke the record of being off time.
5.0 – Julianne said in theme of Halloween, that was kind of a nightmare.
5.0 – Len said he is equally surprised he has made it to Week 7 and he is running on empty now.
5.0 – Carrie Ann said she wants him to do better. This was a great freestyle, but it was supposed to be a jive.
Score: 20/40

Team: Janel and Val
Dance: Viennese Waltz

I feel that Janel is one of the better dancers in the competition and her and Val have some great chemistry on this performance, but they are often overshadowed by other dancers like Bethany or Alfonso. I say give some props to Janel and Val on a greta routine!

8.0 – Bruno said she gets caught in the role, but she has to continue her lines.
8.0 – Julianne said she looks gorgeous, but she was missing a proper Viennese Waltz. It was beautiful though.
7.0 – No time for Len this time.
8.0 – Carrie Ann said she thought she did the fluidity of motion so well and the proper technique came together well.
Score: 31/40

Team: Alfonso and Witney
Dance: Rumba

This is the dance of the injured couple…can they keep up tonight? They definitely moved past the injuries this week and this was another great routine from them. They are so good and they work so well together. He is a very good dancer, even in this terrible outfit choice tonight!

9.0 – Bruno said captivating, convincing, full of content and full of intention.
9.0 – Julianne said the way he took care of Witney was beautiful.
9.0 – Len said it was a proper rumba and that is what he wants to see.
9.0 – Carrie Ann said she is so impressed and she created a really proper dance and his hip action was ridiculous.
Score: 36/40

Team: Sadie and Mark
Dance: Paso Doble

I am a big fan of Sadie, but this is the first time all season that I felt like she was thinking about the routine too much and too much in her own head. She seemed stiff and I did not like that. She did well in parts, but I was not as impressed this week.

8.0 – Bruno said loved the story, but just work on the shaping.
8.0 – Julianne said the theme did get away with them, but there was content.
7.0 – Len said the theme of the whole thing got in the way of the actual dance and they have all lost the reason for the competition.
7.0 – Carrie Ann said she is so cute and loves watching her, but she wanted to see more power and she was up.
Score: 30/40

Round 2 – Team Dances

Team Itsy Bitsy – Lea & Artem, Janel & Val, Bethany & Derek, Michael & Emma
Derek has never been on a losing team, so will that continue tonight? They were good as a group and they did well individually, except for Michael & Emma. He was screwing up and that could hurt them!

9.0 – Bruno said they killed that number.
9.0 – Julianne said it was awesome and it was really good.
9.0 – Len said great routine and they danced it beautifully.
9.0 – Carrie Ann said they looked fabulous.
Score: 36/40, which will be added to all their scores from tonight

Team Creepy – Tommy & Peta, Antonio & Cheryl, Mark & Sadie, Alfonso & Witney
I love this song and loved their routine. They are fun to watch and all had a blast with it. I am thinking Derek could lose his first group number ever???

8.0 – Bruno said he loved the quirky, but they have to keep in sync.
8.0 – Julianne said she loves the song and they did a great job, but out of sync as a group.
8.0 – Len said it was fun and entertaining and full of individual personalities.
8.0 – Carrie Ann said she liked this one better, but they were out of sync.
Score: 32/40, which will be added to their scores earlier and Derek wins again!

Now we go right into the results on DWTS 2014 tonight and the couples safe are:

  • Alfonso & Witney
  • Sadie & Mark

We then go right into the two couples in jeopardy tonight, as it is Antonio & Cheryl and Tommy & Peta and one of them will be going home tonight! After the votes and judges’ scores from last week, the couple eliminated tonight is Antonio & Cheryl!!!
