With the American Idol 2013 premiere kicking off tomorrow night on FOX, they have all the new American Idol judges out there promoting the new season. Nicki Minaj on Tonight Show last night and she talked about the supposed feud with Mariah Carey. Is it real or is it fake is what host Jay Leno asked and you can find the answer in the video below. The American Idol Season 12 buzz has been working overtime, especially with the addition of Mariah, Nicki and Keith Urban as judges on American Idol 2013.

As far as the feud between Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey, Jay Leno asked Nicki about it and if it is real or just set-up for promotion. Nicki said: “A lot of it starts off like we’re joking, but passionate and both crazy. And then sometimes it just goes, ‘Rawr,’ and you can’t really stop it.” So, it is real then, huh? Jay also asks her about her temper, which many people have been talking about concerning this fight with Mariah Carey on American Idol 2013. Nicki said she had a temper, but that is something of the past. It is 2013 and she is on the road to recovery, but you can see it all in the clip below.
