Boy, have we missed The Biggest Loser Season 16 and we definitely needed it back in our lives after a couple weeks off the air and they made up for it with plenty of tears last night, but who went home on Biggest Loser 2014 last night? Find out those Week 12 results on The Biggest Loser 2014 Season 16 last night below in our The Biggest Loser 2014 spoilers!

The Biggest Loser - Season 16

Last night on The Biggest Loser: Glory Days, the show started out with Alison Sweeney surprising the contestants and no more teams this season, as the singles took over and they were all alone and fighting for themselves now! This led to their first challenge as singles and the winner got immunity for the week, which is huge! Despite having an injured foot and only being able to walk through the obstacle course, it was Lori pulling out the victory and being safe for the week.

After a week of low numbers, we knew we’d have a big week on the scale. In all honesty, Lori may have fallen below the Yellow Line without that immunity! However, it was JJ and Woody falling below the line and the other contestants had to vote on them. They decided that Woody needed more work and to be there longer, so they voted off JJ and he heads to Comeback Canyon now!

At Comeback Canyon on The Biggest Loser 2014, it was a battle of the former NFL stars! Damien Woody trying to go for a three-peat and Scott Mitchell trying to knock him out of the competition. Both have done so well this season, but Scott was coming off a week of no gain or loss at the weigh-in, so he was due for a big week. That is what he got, as he lost 11 pounds and won the weigh-in and sent Damien home!
