I was shocked when the Season 38 premiere was only one hour long. It’s usually longer, so maybe they were anticipating the need for longer episodes later in the season? Regardless, we had two hours tonight and that meant double the action and double the Tribal Councils! Things were a little boring last week at Tribal Council, as they all seemed to have love for each other. Not tonight! The castaways that got eliminated tonight on Survivor 2019 are Aubry and Wendy!!!
In the first hour, we saw the Kama Tribe continue their domination in challenges. However, we finally saw the Lesu Tribe members survive a challenge and not head to Tribal Council. The Manu Tribe lost and it was time to pull a fast one on Aubry, who had a Hidden Immunity Idol and extra vote advantage. However, she thought Wendy was the target and she was safe, so she kept it. She was not safe and was voted off and chose to head to Edge of Extinction!
For the second hour, we had an Immunity Challenge which only one tribe would win immunity and the other two tribes would go to Tribal Council! They would only vote out one person and it caused a tie vote to begin with between Wendy and Lauren were the votes. However, in the second vote, it ended up being Wendy voted off and she grabbed that torch too and headed to the Edge of Extinction!
