Besides seeing the Top 8 on The Voice USA 2014 perform tonight, we also will get to see special live performances from Gwen Stefani and Pharrell Williams, the two new coaches for The Voice Season 7! That makes the two hours much more exciting, but I am sure the Top 8 on The Voice USA Season 6 will do fine on their own. Follow along with the Top 8 performances tonight below in our The Voice USA 2014 Top 8 Performances Spoilers Recap!

The Voice - Season 6

Last week on The Voice Season 6, it was another week of performances and results on The Voice 2014. The Top 10 performed on Monday night and we had some pretty good performances. However, it came to an end for Bria Kelly of Team Usher and Tess Boyer of Team Shakira during the results show on Tuesday night! We also saw Kat Perkins of Team Adam in the bottom three, but she earned the Instant Save from Twitter and remains in the competition, but will she break the norm and survive to the finale like her coach said last week if we would save her???

Here we go…we have the coaches in place, including Adam Levine and his new blonde hair! We will have three singers going home this week, as three artists will be heading home and only five artists will make the semifinals next week on The Voice USA 2014. Adam has no explanation for the hair, but he had the day off and wanted to be more like ShakiraBlake Shelton thought Meg Ryan was sitting in with them tonight! He then calls him Miley, which is so good!

Sisaundra Lewis (Team Blake) – “River Deep, Mountain High” by Tina Turner

She has formed a close bond with Delvin Choice over this journey and it is like hanging out with her little brother. Her mom did not agree with her singing anywhere but church. Her mother will be here tonight to support her, which is huge. As great of a singer that Sisaundra is, singing these older songs is going to hurt her. Did she sing the hell out of the song? Definitely, but she needs to relate to the younger viewers out there and this won’t do it.

Josh Kaufman (Team Usher) – “I Can’t Make You Love Me” by Bonnie Raitt

Usher is working on his album now, so he brings Josh to the studio to show where it all happens. He is the last artist on Team Usher and said this is a make-or-break moment for Team Usher. It took a little time, but Josh definitely kicked it in tonight. He has such a strong voice and I love the sound of it. It is different and soulful and just so good!

Now time for a break from the Top 8 performances, as Blake Shelton takes the stage to perform with Gwen Sebastian, who was a contestant on Season 2 for Team Blake! This is their new song together, which shows that Blake works with his team after the show and I love that!

Kat Perkins (Team Adam) – “Get Lucky” by Daft Punk featuring Pharrell

Kat wants to have a huge breakout moment and doesn’t want to go home this week and think she never had that moment. She said this is a pop song, but you are going to get the Kat twist on it. This was a perfect song choice for Kat and it brings her to a more modern song. She sings the classic rock, but this was perfect. She even gave me goosies during the middle of the performance and she rocked it out on The Voice USA 2014 tonight!

Kristen Merlin (Team Shakira) – “I Drive Your Truck” by Lee Brice

Kristen is the final artist on Team Shakira and she said she is giving all her energy to Kristen. Her Dad was in the Army and has a tremendous respect for them and this is a huge song for her. I am a big fan of Kristen and think she has a great country voice, but this one was lacking for me. She seemed to be lacking the emotion of what the song was supposed to bring. Team Shakira may come to an end this week!

Another break from the Top 8 performances, as we see The Voice USA Season 7 coach Pharrell Williams take the stage to perform his new song “Come Get It Bae.” I am excited to see him coach next season and think he could do some great work with these artists!

Delvin Choice (Team Adam) – “I Believe I Can Fly” by R Kelly

Adam said we all know he can sing, but it is strategy now. He said this song is against everything they want to do this week and change. During rehearsals, Delvin breaks down in tears after performing this song. He feels the emotions of the song and his journey to this point and he finally believes in himself, so Adam thinks he was born to sing this song! Besides the bun on top of his head, everything about this performance was amazing. He is such a strong singer and I love his vocals. He is so deep and so strong!

Audra McLaughlin (Team Blake) – “Forgive” by Rebecca Lynn Howard

Blake loves working with her every week and he gets to know her more and more and her personality is coming out more. He said the lyrics are going to challenge her this week. I think Audra has a strong country voice, but has been lacking in these live shows on The Voice USA 2014. She won me back with this one, as she gets the emotions of the lyrics and nails it.

Time for the other Season 7 coach to take the stage, as Gwen Stefani takes the stage to perform “Hollaback Girl” and I am excited for her to take a red chair next season. I think the coaches will be great together! Pharrell joins her on stage and they work it out!

Jake Worthington (Team Blake) – “Hillbilly Deluxe” by Brooks and Dunn

Blake thinks it is time for Jake to go out on that stage and rock and see the badass side of him. Jake said this song is going to give him a chance to show his redneck side. I liked this song choice for Jake and he had fun up there. He showed his country roots and even did a little leg kick, which was funny to see. It was upbeat and cool and good job for him!

Christina Grimmie (Team Adam) – “How To Love” by Lil Wayne

Christina was best friends with Tess Boyer and Bria Kelly, so she was not happy with the results from last week. She wants to know, now, how she is going to up what she did last week. Adam wants her to do this song, but she was reluctant doing another rap song this week. I have been trying to find every reason to not pick her as the winner this season and these past two weeks have proven that she is a great singer. This was another great performance from Christina and watch out other artists!
