Last night on Survivor Season 29, we got to see the new castaways make their way to the island and it brought some twists and turns along the way. We started the season with a Reward Challenge, but it was not just a reward challenge. It was husband versus wife (Jeremy against Val) and the winner got flint for a fire and a bag of beans, but then the loser would head to Exile Island! It was Jeremy for the win and Val headed to Exile Island, but he had to pick one of his own tribe members to go with his wife. He picked Keith, since he thought he was outdoorsy and would be there to help her.
After 97 days in the Big Brother 2014 house, it all came down to Cody Calafiore and Derrick Levasseur and one of them would walk away as the winner of Big Brother 16, so who won Big Brother 2014 last night? Last night on Big Brother 16, we saw the final Head of Household competition play out. We saw Cody win Part 1 and then Derrick won Part 2, which meant they went head-to-head for Part 3. It was the Q&A about the jury members and Julie Chen reading a statement from them and guessing what the ending was. It ended in a tie and Cody won the tie breaker question and he was the final HoH of the season.

Last night on Hells Kitchen Season 13, the chefs walked in on a graduation ceremony in the dining room. They then found out that they would be preparing brunch for the graduates and their families and only had 20 minutes to get it ready! They struggled, but the Red Team got their side of the dining room served first and won the challenge! They got a trip to San Francisco for the victory and the men got to grind their meat for dinner service!

This could be an interesting one to watch, as Kristen Kish and Stephanie Izard battle it out for a spot in the finale and at another $100,000 for their bank accounts! Last week on Top Chef Duels Season 1, it was redemption time for Jen Carroll and Nyesha Arrington, as many people thought they were sent home way too early during their first time on Top Chef. They both came back strong and won the challenge they brought to the competition, which means both of them walked away with $10,000. From there, they created a three-course meal for the cast of Brooklyn Nine-Nine. This was a cop-theme meal and it was a close race, but Jen was picked the winner and moves on to the finale and Nyesha headed to The Knockout to fight for a spot in the finale.

Last week on Hell’s Kitchen Season 13, the chefs started the week with working on their communication skills. Chef Ramsay knew it was lacking, so he pasted the recipes on the chefs’ backs and they had to be told what they were making! This was funny to watch and see them talking and trying to figure out what they were cooking. The Blue Team won their first challenge, which meant the women were prepping and grinding coffee beans for dinner service! Denine was no help during prep since she did lose it for the women. Well, that lack of team effort boiled over to dinner service and then led to her elimination!
Besides the return of Blood vs. Water on Survivor 2014, we will also see the return of Exile Island on Survivor Season 29! This is going to be more intense, as loved ones will be battling against each other and no one wants to lose! The castaways on Survivor Season 29 will have some familiar faces on the other side of the fence, but they all have one goal in mind: be the winner of Survivor San Juan del Sur 2014! Like I stated before, we have a second edition of Blood vs. Water, but not returning players against their loved ones. It is just loved ones coming on the show and fighting against each other to win that $1 million. Jeff Probst said there were not enough returning players to make it an interesting season, so they went with an all-new cast on Survivor San Juan del Sur (which is going to get old typing as the season wears on).
The contestants on The Biggest Loser 2014 will be tested on their knowledge of nutrition and if they don’t know the right answer then their trainers on The Biggest Loser Season 16 will be paying for it! Yup, answer questions wrong and the trainers will have to eat junk food! You know they won’t be happy about that one, so the pressure will be on the teams on The Biggest Loser: Glory Days. There will also be an endurance challenge on Biggest Loser 2014, which will test the contestants for an advantage at the weigh-in and avoid Comeback Canyon. The final singer of the night looks like they will cause some havoc among The Voice coaches 2014! We get to see Maiya Sykes, who has music run in her family. Her mother was a backup singer for Earth, Wind and Fire and her dad played the flute. She went to Yale and wanted to be a lawyer, but her mother always wondered if music was the path for her daughter. She has a beautiful voice and a great tone to it. She has so much confidence and puts on an amazing performance!
