It is Monday night and that means it is Dancing with the Stars 2013 night and we have the 11 remaining couples dancing their butts off to earn scores that will keep them alive on DWTS 2013! We have performances for Hollywood Week tonight on Dancing with the Stars Season 17 and when the show ends the second couple will be eliminated! Find out who went home on Dancing with the Stars 2013 tonight during our Dancing with the Stars 2013 Recap!

Last week on DWTS Season 17, we saw the couples take on Latin Week. There were plenty of spicy dances and some spicy scores to go along with it. With this new format, we had the first elimination at the end of the show and saw Keyshawn Johnson and Sharna Burgess leave the competition. Do you think they were the right couple?

Tonight it is all about old Hollywood, as each couple is assigned a decade in the Hollywood era. They will be dancing to music from that era with the dance styles they have been assigned for Week 3 on Dancing with the Stars 2013. It should be interesting to see, since the couples will be all dressed up in their Hollywood gear. Corbin Bleu and Karina Smirnoff have pulled ahead as some early favorites for the Mirror Ball Trophy, so can they keep that momentum going?

The following post contains videos from tonight’s performances on DWTS 2013 Week 3. Don’t want to know who went home on Dancing with the Stars Season 17 tonight? Then don’t look ahead!!!

Here we go…

Team: Leah Remini and Tony Dovolani
Dance: Rumba

She has to get her sexy face on and she is struggling with that, but I love her so much! They have James Bond theme and she is not feeling like a Bonds girl. I am very impressed with this routine and she worked it out. She had good extensions and great movement. I loved her sexy face and great start to the night!

8.0 – Bruno said he is going straight her and work that sexy face.
8.0 – Len said he loved the chemistry and very well done, but wanted more fluidity in her arms.
8.0 – Carrie Ann said she thought her arms were creating a passion and she turned up the steam notch to full steam ahead!
Score: 24/30

Team: Corbin Bleu and Karina Smirnoff
Dance: Quickstep

He is freaking out because this is his first time doing ballroom and he is not doing well with it. She is pushing him really hard this week, but I think she knows she has some real talent on Dancing with the Stars 2013. They are going old Hollywood for this routine. Was anyone else too distracted by his pants to even pay attention to the routine tonight? They moved well together and were quick and another great job from this couple!

9.0 – Bruno said it is incredibly fast and one for the record books and that speed is ridiculous.
8.0 – Len said it was a bit hectic at times and speed came in and style went out, but it was a fabulous number.
9.0 – Carrie Ann said that was very aggressive and it was fabulous.
Score: 26/30

Team: Elizabeth Berkley and Val Chmerkovskiy
Dance: Foxrot

They have been working a lot of her letting go and trusting his lead, which has her very scared and worried. They decide to blindfold her and she could only follow him since she can’t see anything. She loved the routine, but will it work? There were some off moments between the two of them, but otherwise it was done well. She has some dancing skills in her!

8.0 – Bruno said it was incredible and she missed just one little bump and she is a brilliant dancer.
9.0 – Len said that was delicious and satisfying and she is a contender.
8.0 – Carrie Ann said watching her dance is such a thrill and she took her dancing to new heights tonight.
Score: 25/30

Team: Brant Daugherty and Peta Murgatroyd
Dance: Quickstep

After a great dance last week, he hurt his foot and lost his phone and was robbed at gunpoint! He had two bags on him and gave them the bag with his shorts and t-shirt and Latin dance shoes! So, doing the quickstep with a hurt foot on Dancing with the Stars 2013, huh? This was a very good routine and they are a good couple together. They put some modern moves into the quickstep and I enjoyed it!

9.0 – Bruno said the nation is going to crazy for him and he was playing the part so well.
9.0 – Len said he had speed, but it also had control and he loved it.
9.0 – Carrie Ann said he is not who she thought he was and he is a fantastic dancer and had great lines.
Score: 27/30

Team: Valerie Harper and Tristan MacManus
Dance: Cha Cha Cha

Valerie said his concept is hilarious for this dance, but her biggest challenge is remembering the steps when the music comes on. Her knees have been hurting her, but she thinks this is definitely going to be something to see. The thing with Valerie is that everyone is rooting for her. She may not have the best dance moves, but you can see the joy in her face when she dances and I love that.

5.0 – Bruno said she has the look right, but it looked like they never met before tonight and she had a lot of mistakes tonight.
5.0 – Len said it was a little bumpy, but she landed safely and the way Tristan takes care of his partner is wonderful.
6.0 – Carrie Ann said she lost her way throughout the dance and she still managed to bring grace to that routine.
Score: 16/30

Team: Bill Engvall and Emma Slater
Dance: Paso Doble

He is happy to not be the first eliminated couple of Dancing with the Stars Season 17. He will be playing Lone Ranger and that was his childhood hero. They went to Mississippi and Kentucky for his comedy shows, so it was a stressful week for them. He is not the best dancer, but I think he held himself well on this routine!

8.0 – Bruno said the Lone Ranger is a hit and so much attack and he loved it.
8.0 – Len said he came out all guns blazing and he was leading those spins and it was his best dance.
8.0 – Carrie Ann said he nailed the paso and he matched Emma in every move.
Score: 24/30

Team: Amber Riley and Derek Hough
Dance: Charleston

Derek said this is routine is very much like a cartoon and a lot of fun. Amber is working on an album and shooting an episode of Glee this week on top of learning the Charleston, so bring it on! This was a fun and upbeat routine and I loved it. I will say this: she has me watching her more than Derek and that doesn’t happen much.

8.0 – Bruno said she sells it like no one can, but needs to be sharper on the scissor action.
8.0 – Len said it was such fun to watch, but wanted more swivel in their feet.
8.0 – Carrie Ann said another great performance, but her bottom half was not as banging as her top half.
Score: 24/30

Team: Jack Osbourne and Cheryl Burke
Dance: Cha Cha Cha

He will be playing the pimp and Cheryl is his bitch. He is struggling with this dance and he is losing his confidence and getting stiff. He has his moments where he has some great dance moves and really does so well, but then other moments where he looks not that great. It was good, but nothing that special and he has weird hands.

8.0 – Bruno said loved the rock star opening and very ambitious routine and he kept timing throughout it.
7.0 – Len said he loves his commitment, but he needs to get some hip action going on.
7.0 – Carrie Ann said it was good, but not your best at all.
Score: 22/30

Team: Christina Milian and Mark Ballas
Dance: Charleston

She said the choreography can be a little difficult at times, but she needs to let it sink in and it will come to her. She brings in her adorable daughter and I did not know she is a single mother. This was a great routine and very fun and they played the characters so well. I am loving the Charleston tonight on Dancing with the Stars 2013.

9.0 – Bruno said all the details of the period were inspiring and she performed better than ever.
8.0 – Len said the dance mirrored the music, but would have liked more of that swiveling action.
9.0 – Carrie Ann said that was incredible and had a great range of emotion and she played a great character.
Score: 26/30

Team: Snooki and Sasha Farber
Dance: Quickstep

Sasha said she puts on the tough girl persona and doesn’t want to show the world how much she really wants this. They are doing a one-handed cartwheel while holding hands, so this should be interesting to see! She may have gotten a bad score from the judges last week, but I enjoyed it and I enjoyed this one too and it was so entertaining and they nailed the cartwheel!

8.0 – Bruno said she was on fire tonight and admires her commitment to hard work and she was in character.
8.0 – Len said she came out and surprised him.
9.0 – Carrie Ann said she is a superstar and what she did tonight was incredible.
Score: 25/30

Team: Bill Nye and Tyne Stecklein
Dance: Jazz

He tripped at the end of routine last week on DWTS 2013 and he ended up tearing some muscles and if they tear all the way then he will need surgery. The doctor doesn’t think he can do much and recommends no dancing. He said you can’t fail if you don’t try, so he is doing this with his leg in a stabilizer. They designed a routine where he didn’t have to do much and you have to give it up to him for being out there. It was funny and entertaining and he was having a blast.

5.0 – Bruno said he didn’t see any jazz, but it was entertaining.
5.0 – Len said she did a terrific job with the choreography and many stars would have given up.
6.0 – Carrie Ann said what he has done is astounding and he didn’t give up and she gave him great choreography.
Score: 16/30

Now time for the results on Dancing with the Stars 2013 tonight and the three couples in jeopardy tonight are:

  • Christina Milian and Mark Ballas
  • Brant Daugherty and Peta Murgatroyd
  • Bill Nye and Tyne Stecklein

Brant and Peta are safe. Bill and Tyne are the bottom couple and have been eliminated, which is good for his knee. Christina and Mark are safe!
