We’ve been hearing about it for months now, but it is finally time for us to get a chance to see the start of the America’s Got Talent Season 9 auditions as America’s Got Talent 2014 premiere kicks off tonight on NBC. We have Howard Stern, Howie Mandel, Mel B and Heidi Klum back in their chairs at the judges’ table and Nick Cannon back as host of AGT 2014. Watch the AGT Season 9 premiere with us during our America’s Got Talent 2014 Live Recap tonight and see the audition videos below!

America's Got Talent - Season 9

NBC knows that America’s Got Talent 2014 pulls in some good ratings for them and they have been promoting this new season for a while now. They say it is the highest rated show for the summer, but maybe reality show? Either way, they are glad to follow-up the success of The Voice 2014 with some good ratings from AGT 2014 starting tonight with the AGT auditions 2014 kicking off!

All of the hopeful acts will bring their talents to the auditions in hopes of moving on to the next round and getting one step closer to that $1 million prize! It should be a high-energy premiere and lots of talk about the returning judges, so prepare yourself! Watch it with us in our Live Recap starting soon!

Here we go…the acts are making their way into the different stadiums and the AGT judges 2014 have also arrived. Nick Cannon welcomes the judges. We also have the Golden Buzzer in play this season, which allows the judges to save one act each during these auditions! Here we go!

Adrian Romoff, 9 years old: He is nine years old and in the 8th grade! He skipped five grades and according to reality he is smart! He has the keyboard and works it super fast, but it is synthesized. He has a lot of energy. Howard said he was utterly confused and didn’t know how much was him and how much was track. Adrian plays another one and shows us that he can actually play. Howard said he has now cleared his confusion. Mel B said his act is not just playing the piano, but talking to the audience as well. Howie said he is brilliant. We start AGT 2014 off with a bang and he is moving on!

We see brother and sisters tap dancers, classical dancers turned circus act and an acrobatic/breakdancing/comedic act that all get yes votes from the judges!

Successful Auditions ~ America’s Got Talent… by HumanSlinky

Dan Naturman, 44 years old: Bad comedians are followed up by Dan. He has a weird delivery, but it works and he has some funny stuff. He is getting some laughs from the judges and gets a standing ovation from them, which I think is a little overkill. Howard said every joke was rock solid and he is going to do great. Mel B said he is quirky and he is bloody funny. He moves on to the next round!

Rokardy, 49 years old: He does a hand-balancing act. This does take some major strength and he climbs up those poles and just keeps adding more and more and eventually gets lost behind the judges’ names up on the stage! Howie said they have seen hand-balancing on the show, but never that high and that was phenomenal. Mel B said that was dangerous and seamless and she loved it. Heidi loved how smooth and elegant his movement was. Howard said America is going to love him and they send him to the next round!

Donnie Valentine, 50 years old: He said he has incredible range and it is getting better and better. He has always been humble about his singing, but once he got into his 40’s he has come out more and more with his voice. From looking at him and hearing his voice, I knew this would be bad and he did not disappoint…terrible! The judges buzz him right away, but they give him more time and he hits those high notes and make my ears bleed!

The bad acts continue on America’s Got Talent 2014, as we see a lady do squats with Nick Cannon on her back, a foot-stomping/head-slapping group and a hula hooper that make us laugh!

Unsuccessful Auditions ~ America’s Got Talent… by HumanSlinky

Mike Greenstein, 93 years old: He said he is very confident and if he fails, it will be the first time! His talent: pulling vehicles with his teeth! His father started the legacy and he has been carrying it on. He used to perform all over the country during World War II. They head outside and time to see if he can do it for the crowd! How can a man his age that can not walk the best go out and move a car with his teeth??? Howard said his Dad is 91 years old and he is happy when he takes a walk, but he is worried about staging. Howard does not want to see more, but the other judges do and he is moving on!

Mighty Atom Jr., 93 ~ America’s Got Talent… by HumanSlinky

Acte II, 32 and 29 years old: They met in college and did not like each other, but apparently their singing ability won out. They surprise everyone with their opera voices, especially since they said about being Beyonce or Christina Aguilera backstage! However, the music seems to be overpowering their voices and they sound real quiet to me. Mel B said she was not expecting that. Howie said he did not expect that and he just became a fan. The judges send them to the next round!

Dustin’s Dojo, 30 and 35 years old: They are “karate experts” and put on quite a show. It is all a joke and Howard Stern is loving it! Howie seems to be a fan, but Mel B and Heidi are not impressed and do not find it funny. Howard said they are like The Three Stooges. Heidi said they are not funny. I think they have their own thing and it is funny. Howard and Howie are yes, but Heidi and Mel B said no. Howard loves them and has faith in them, so he hits the Golden Buzzer for them and they are moving on!

Blue Journey, 18 and 33 years old: They are a dance duo that met four days ago! They are doing a contemporary routine and are going to be a hot mess. They were introduced from a friend in the dance world and thought they would dance well together. We shall see! They have a screen behind them and dance, but I am not a fan. The screen is telling a story, but their dancing is not with it and I just didn’t enjoy it. Howie thought it was amazing and Mel B said it was dreamlike. Heidi said the projection and dancing was a great combination. Howard said their dance is phenomenal. They are moving on to the next round on AGT 2014!

Larry the Mime, 33 years old: Howard said the worst thing is interviewing a mime, so they get right into the act. He is not very good and keeps doing the rope-pull. The crowd is not feeling it and the judges buzz him! He makes a huge scene and yelling at the judges, but it turns out to be Nick Cannon and the judges have been pranked!

Jaycob Curlee, 18 years old: They saved the big one for last, so get your Kleenex ready! His parents were in jail as he grew up and him and his sister went into foster care. Eventually they stopped visiting and he never felt loved. He was adopted at eight years old and his Mom is there ready to brag to everyone that is his son. He has a good voice and it kicks in a little more as he goes on and maybe got rid of some of those nerves. He is so damn likable though! He breaks down in tears afterwards and Mel B goes up and gives him a hug. Heidi said she is a fan. Howard said he would invest money in him as a singer. Mel B compares his voice to Ed Sheeran. Yeah, the tears are flowing and he is moving on to the next round!
