The first 12 acts performed last night and the votes were counted and the AGT results 2014 will be announced tonight by Nick Cannon, including the introduction of the Instant Save on AGT! So, who is going home tonight? Find out who got voted off America’s Got Talent 2014 tonight with us during our America’s Got Talent 2014 Live Recap!
Last night on America’s Got Talent Season 9, things began with the semifinals. The first 12 acts took the stage, including three of the AGT judges 2014 wild card picks! To be honest, some of my favorites had some lackluster performance, like Aerial Animation, but will it hurt them when the votes are counted. The judges had some mixed reactions on the acts, including Paul Ieti’s performance. He has been very likable, but will that be enough to make up for a poor performance?
I guess we will find out soon enough, as the results show on AGT 2014 will begin shortly, but while you wait for our Live Recap you can head over and check out our predictions from earlier today and see who we think will move on!

Here we go…things kick off with the performance by Ariana Grande and I am over the Grandes this summer, so no thanks! We take a look back at the performances from last night! Who was your favorite?
Now time for the Snapple Save, as you can go online and search for “Snapple Save” and vote to save the one that should stay. The fifth, sixth and seventh place acts are announced:
- Aerial Animation
- David & Leeman
- Mara Justine
Vote for who you want to save and the results will be announced at the end of the show! Now we look at the after party from last night, but who wants to see this? Now back to the results and who is taking a spot in the Top 12!
GROUP 1: Flight Crew Jump Rope, Bad Boys of Ballet and Mike Super (the three wild cards from last night)
RESULTS: Mike Super is safe, so the other two acts are headed home!
More of Howie Mandel trying to be funny and go undercover while working as security at Radio City Music Hall. They need that filler space, huh? Now back to the results!
GROUP 2: Andrey Moraru and Sons of Serendip
RESULTS: Sons of Serendip are safe and Andrey is going home (I so disagree with that one)!
So, we see Nick Cannon sit down with some of the contestants back stage and then the AGT judges 2014 answer some questions from the fans. Now to the results!
GROUP 3: Emily West, Paul Ieti, Miguel Dakota and Dan Naturman
RESULTS: Emily West is safe. Miguel Dakota is safe also, which means Paul and Dan are eliminated.
We go back to the Snapple Save and America voted and they saved Mara Justine (ugh)!!! Now it goes to the judges, as we have David & Leeman and Aerial Animation left and they get to save one of them. Who should they save? I like both of them and wanted Mara to go home!
We find out the 12 acts performing next week on America’s Got Talent 2014: AcroArmy, Emil & Dariel, Mat Franco, Christian Stoinev, Blue Journey, Jaycob Curlee, Jonah Smith, Baila Conmigo, Quintavious Johnson, Kelli Glover, Smoothini and Wendy Liebman.
Now back to the results! The judges vote: Heidi votes to save David & Leeman. Howie votes to save David & Leeman. Howard votes to save David & Leeman, so they are going into the Top 12 and Aerial Animation is headed home!
