Here we go…it’s 450th episode of Idol. Is that big news? The Top 8 take the stage to perform “Old Time Rock and Roll” by Bob Seger. Apparently Lazaro doesn’t know how the cameras work since the other guys looked toward it, as a routine, and he just sat there. He needs to be gone, but not tonight….right?

Then we see the Top 8 go out to some school as part of a mentor program. I know it is supposed to be this cute and emotional segment, but did anyone just get annoyed by that?

Now we take a look back at the performances from last night and some thoughts from Jimmy Iovine, who just said that Candice Glover will sing her way into the finale! Do you agree with him? He said that Devin Velez did better than himself last week, but compared to everyone else he fell short. He said Angie Miller is off-track and needs to get it back together before it is too late. He thinks the boys are in the bottom three and that Lazaro is going home! I don’t think he is right…what do you think?

Then Kree Harrison gets a message from Aretha Franklin, who she happened to sing last night and Smokey Robinson said he was going to call to tell her to watch. Well, she watched and loved Kree’s version of her song and she ain’t going anywhere!

Now time for Colton Dixon to take the stage, as we first take a look back at his time on Idol and his success after the show with his Christian album and touring with Third Day. He sings his new single “Love Has Come For Me” tonight on American Idol 2013! Were you a fan of his last season?

More time wasing, as One Republic takes the stage to sing their new single “If I Lose Myself” with the help of Katharine McPhee. We are halfway done with tonight’s episode and we have not heard one voting result on American Idol 2013!

Isn’t this the American Idol 2013 Top 8 Elimination Results Show? I guess not, as now Keith Urban takes the stage to perform his single “Long Hot Summer” and the Top 8 just sit and wait for their results. You know none of them are even caring about any of these performances!

Ryan Seacrest just said we are all about the results tonight….really? Not so much since it took 47 minutes to get to them!!!

First person safe tonight is Kree Harrison!!! Also safe is Candice Glover! Next person safe is Janelle Arthur (btw, I am announcing before they go on the screen and I have been right every time)! Angie Miller is also safe and we have four of the five girls safe so far. Next person safe is Amber Holcomb, so the five ladies are all safe and the three guys are in the bottom three tonight on American Idol Season 12. Who is in danger tonight of going home???

Of the three guys, Burnell Taylor is safe and it is Devin and Lazaro in the bottom two tonight. The person in danger of leaving tonight is Devin Velez and Lazaro is safe tonight! Time for Devin to sing and see if the American Idol judges 2013 will use their save tonight. Do you think they will??? Mariah Carey is crying as Devin sings!!!

Devin breaks out the Spanish lyrics for his song, which he has not done the last couple weeks and did that hurt him? A standing ovation from all of the judges but Nicki. Randy Jackson speaks for the judges and it was not unanimous and Devin is eliminated tonight on American Idol 2013! I called it!
