They were all good but "Mamma Sox" really rocked last night; she was by far the best. This girl can belt out a tune like nobody else; she could sing the phone book and I would still absolutely love her. On another note, I will miss Simon terribly because of his brutal honesty and his beautiful smile. I can't think of anyone else who could replace him. However, replacing Paula with Ellen was a big mistake; Ellen is a very good comedian but as a judge on AI, she just did not measure up. You don't compare contestants to food. This was by far, the best season. Mike, Casey, Lee and (the hands down winner) "Mamma Sox" were outstanding. Crystal has all I liked about Janis, but is expodentiallty better. Lee is fantastic, but just up against a steamroller. Simon is actually exiting like a gentleman, and Eleen has been fantastic as well. American Idol rocks.
